WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES?
Order lead times may be affected given the COVID 19 situation. Our delivery lead times are suspended as of the moment.
Rest assured that we and our delivery partners are doing our best to fulfill orders within the delivery lead time.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL that should include the estimated delivery date based on the chosen delivery option, together with the order tracking link.
Alternatively, you can go to your Ipanema Philippines “My Account” page, and click your orders to view your order status.

Because we want to reach as much locations for delivery, we partnered with different logistics companies to handle your order delivery/ies:
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Prior to dispatching your order/s, you may request to change the shipping address by sending us an email at support@ipanemaphilippines.com. Your email should contain the following details:
Email subject:
IPANEMA <space> ORDER ID# <space> CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Email body/contents:
Complete new delivery address (including barangay and ZIPcode)
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Should you decide to cancel your order, please email us at support@ipanemaphilippines.com. Order cancellation request should be within 24 hours.
WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM DELIVERY ATTEMPT?
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your order twice (2x), before your order will be marked as RTS (Return to Sender) and will be therefore tagged as CANCELLED.
You can inform your courier after the first delivery attempt on your availability to avoid cancellation of your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, Ipanema Philippines can only ship orders to addresses located in the Philippines.
