1 .Pre-Order Reservation

• To ensure a smooth pre-order process, only registered members or logged-in users can proceed with their transactions. Simply visit ipanemaphilippines.com to create an account and continue with your checkout hassle-free.
• By placing a Pre-Order, you reserve the right to purchase a product from us when it becomes available for shipment.
• Pre-orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any Pre-Order at our discretion.

2. Payment

• A 30% downpayment is required at the time of placing the Pre-Order.
• An email notification for a successful pre-order downpayment will be sent.
• Full payment must be made within 48 hours once the email advisory about stock availability has been received.
• An email notification for successful payment will be sent.
• In case of failure to complete the payment within the specified time, the reservation will be voided and the downpayment refund will be in the form of Ipanema Gift Vouchers.
• Refund amount will only be based on Product Value.
• The total price of the product(s) is listed on the Website and includes all applicable taxes and shipping charges.
• Available payment options are credit card, debit card, or online banking.

 3. Product Availability

• Estimated availability dates provided for Pre-Order products are approximate and are subject to change.
• For standard shipping, your delivery will be made within 5-7 days for Metro Manila and 7-15 days for outside Metro Manila once full payment is completed.
• In the event of any delay or change to the estimated delivery date, we will notify you via email.
• We will ship Pre-Order products to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
• The Pre-Order is only valid for the original purchaser and may not be transferred to another individual, entity, or different shipping address.
