Terms and Conditions:

o Please choose J&T Express as Shipping method.
o By purchasing, redeeming, or using a gift certificate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
o Ipanema issued gift certificates can only be redeemed through the official Ipanema website (ipanemaphilippines.com) and Ipanema and Bambu stores excluding outlet and department store branches.
o Tampered, or damaged gift certificates will not be honored, and the unused value will be forfeited.
o Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced or refunded.
o No cash back will be given for any unused portion of a gift certificate. Purchases can be combined with other modes of payment (i.e. cash, card, etc) to maximize the remaining amount.
o Non-Refundable, non-exchangeable.
o Multiple gift certificates can be used to purchase an item for in-store transactions.
o Only one (1) gift certificate may be used per checkout for online transactions.
o No expiry date

Delivery Details:
• The Gift Cards purchased on Ipanema’s website are considered Digital Vouchers and are only available for purchase thru digital modes of payment. Cash on delivery is not allowed.
• Upon successful purchase of our Holiday Gift Cards, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. This email serves as your receipt.
• You will receive a second email shortly after the order confirmation. This email will include the Ipanema E-Gift Card attached as an image. The email will contain the barcode or code that the customer can use to purchase online and in-store.

Redemption Instructions:
• Once you have received your E-Gift Card image thru the email, you can use the serial code on the card for your online purchases through ipanemaphilippines.com
• Upon checkout, fill in the discount code field to apply the E-Gift Card value.
• Only one (1) E-Gift Card can be used per checkout.
• Your E-Gift Card will automatically be tagged as redeemed and can no longer be used again.
• The E-Gift Card is only available for regular-priced items.
• For in-store purchases, you may redeem your E-Gift Card through any Ipanema and Bambu stores excluding outlet and department store branches.
• Simply present your E-Gift Card image to the cashier upon checkout, they will scan the barcode image to reflect the discount amount.
• Multiple Gift Cards may be used for in-store transactions.
• Upon redemption, your E-Gift Card will be tagged as redeemed and can no longer be used again.
